SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
LICENSE:



·	EasyEstimates ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT") is not freeware. It must be licensed for use for each Web site, identified by a unique domain name, where it is viewable by anyone except the licensee.


·	You are hereby allowed to make a backup copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and install it for testing and development purposes.  These backup, testing, and development copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT must not be publicly available for use in any form.


Common Provisions


·	The end-user may not sublicense, assign or distribute copies of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT to others. The end-user may not translate, rent, loan, resell for profit, distribute, or otherwise assign or transfer this SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or create derivative works based on this SOFTWARE PRODUCT or any parts thereof, except those actions necessary to create or develop web sites using this SOFTWARE PRODUCT. 


·	The SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. SIZZLING VIDEO INTERNATIONAL and SIZZLING WEB DESIGN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING, MISUSING, OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE.


·	All copyrights to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are exclusively owned by Sizzling Video International.


·	By installing and using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you accept all terms and conditions herein. If you do not agree with anything in this License, you must immediately remove the SOFTWARE PRODUCT from your storage devices and cease to use it.

·	PayPal is unaffiliated with Sizzling Web Design.  Sizzling Web Design does not in anyway endorse or vouch for the security or reliability of using EasyEstimates or the PayPal payment system. Sizzling Web Design specifically recommends against using EasyEstimates with the PayPal payment system for the delivery of electronic goods.  The PayPal trademark is the exclusive property of the PayPal payment system.
